Mindful Eating has gained more and more popularity. And that's for a good reason!
Lunch and dinner breaks are often the only times we can find to fully breathe and relax in todays hectic and stressful world.
It's even easier than you might think at first.
The only thing you need to do is to slow down and observe yourself while eating to get aware of what your body is experiencing.
Shift your focus on how you chew, how you breath and what your stomach feels like after every bite and soon you will start tasting each ingredient.
Doing this routinely will teach you to see your meals with a new lens and appreciate your food.
If this sounds too much for you right now, you can start by doing this just the first few bites of every meal. You'll get into the habit of it and no time and will be able to leave your future meals with the kind of relaxation and calmness you deserve.
